Ariens shot a 2-under par 214 in the 54-hole Rio Pinar Invitational on Mar. 19-20. He shot a final round 4-under par 68 to tie for 14th overall. Both the 2-under par and the final round 68 tied for the lowest marks in a tournament this season. He helped the Huskies tie the lowest team round of the season, with a 3-under par 285, earning a sixth-place finish.
