McGrew broke the school record in the 400-meters on Friday at the Tyson Invitational, clocking in at 57.19 to take almost a half-second off the previous record, held by Morgan Pressley. She anchored the 4x400 relay team to a Great West Conference-best 3:51.95, along with Sharonda Bryant, Zelda Abadom and Morgan Pressley.
