2025 (Freshman): Barela was named to the SLC All-Tournament Team…played in all 23 matches during her first collegiate season, making 10 starts…started nine of the team’s final 10 games of the season...scored all three of her goals during a two-game stretch at the SLC Tournament, first netting a brace and the game-winner in a 4-0 win over East Texas A&M (11/4) before scoring the game-winner in the semifinals against Northwestern State (11/6)…credited with a pair of assists, at Southeastern (10/23) and vs. McNeese (10/26)…put 12 shots on goal while attempting 27 shots during the season…played a season-high 78 minutes in the regular season finale at East Texas A&M (10/30)…named to the Southland Conference Commissioner’s Honor Roll.

High School: Three-year starter at Rock Canyon High School in Highlands Ranch, Colorado…was a two-time state runner-up…finished her senior season with 10 goals and five assists, earning all-conference honors…totaled 18 goals and 10 assists in her high school career…played club soccer for Real Colorado.
