2023 (Redshirt Sophomore): Jaimes made 12 starts while appearing in 16 games…ended the season with seven points thanks to two goals and three assists…her goals came in wins over Sam Houston (8/31) and Northwestern State (10/8)…all three of her assists were in SLC play, one vs. Nicholls (9/17) and two at Texas A&M-Commerce (10/6)…put 10 of her 20 shot attempts on target…logged 861 minutes on the pitch…named to the Southland Conference Commissioner’s Honor Roll.

2022 (Redshirt Freshman): First Team Academic All-Southland Conference…Jaimes appeared in 15 matches with 12 starts…finished with three goals and one assist for seven points, tying for third on the team, with all of her points coming vs. SLC opponent Southeastern…scored a brace in a 4-1 win over the Lady Lions (9/23) at home, then scored a goal in a 2-0 road win at Southeastern (10/16) before assisting on the game-winner in double-overtime to beat Southeastern (11/2) at the SLC Tournament…attempted 24 shots with nine on goal…played 956 minutes…named to the Southland Conference Commissioner’s Honor Roll.

2021 (Freshman): Medical redshirt…appeared in two games off the bench, totaling 13 minutes.

High School: Four-year letterwinner and starter for coach Barney Guerra at Manor High School…named district Most Valuable Player as a junior and twice earned district Offensive MVP Honors… member of the National Honor Society…played club soccer for Forza Sports Academy and coach Gustavo Leal.

Personal: Full name is Emily Yuridia Jaimes Rogel…born October 7, 2003 in Charlotte, N.C.…daughter of Jorge Batista and Yuridia Rogel Lopez…has three brothers, Oscar, Kevin and Matthew, and one sister, Ivanna…majoring in kinesiology.
