Elizabeth Adams was an all-conference four-year letter winner for HBU from 2013-2016. She was a part of the 2014 and 2016 teams that won the Southland Conference Championships and made appearances in the NCAA tournament against A&M (2014) and Stanford (2016). 
 
Adams earned second team All-Southland Conferences honors in 2015, was a pre-season All-SLC selection in 2016, and honorable mention all-conference laurels for the 2016 season. 
 
She Graduated in 2017 with a Bachelor’s of Science in Kinesiology Wellness Management. Adams then returned to HBU in the fall of 2018 as a part of the coaching staff while she worked on her Masters in Education. She assisted with on-field coaching as well as team-building and community outreach. In 2018, Adams was part of the staff for a team that achieved its highest point total ever in SLC play, finishing 8-2-1 in league play for 25 points and a second-place finish.
 
Adams grew up in Tulsa, Okla. where she played soccer for Blitz United and Jenks High School where she made multiple state final appearances for both teams.
