Biography

Freshman (2015-16): Hodges appeared in six games, but received a medical redshirt…scored six points at UTEP (11/15) and pulled down three rebounds against Trinity (12/2).

High School: Four-year varsity letterwinner and starter for head coach Tonia Thomas...has been a major contributor for the Mustangs throughout her career, averaging 7.9 points, 7.3 rebounds, and 1.3 steals per game as a sophomore in 2012-13 and strong 8.8 point, 7.9 rebound, and 2.0 steal per game averages during her junior season, which saw the team reach the second round of district playoffs...earned Second-Team All-District honors as a freshman and sophomore, as well as a First-Team All-District selection this past season...a three-time Academic All-American and has been a member of the National Honor Society since she started her junior year...Hodges played club basketball for the Cy-Fair Shock under head coach Brian Jolivette...the team reached the Final Four in both the Battle for the Boro in Nashville, Tennessee, as well as The Run for the Roses in Lexington, Kentucky, two of the largest and most competitive tournaments held each summer.

Personal: Full name is Charlotte Ann Hodges...majoring in biology...born Oct. 3, 1996 in Baton Rouge, Louisiana...daughter of Daryl and Ingrid Hodges...has two brothers, Austin and Andrew, and two sisters, Caroline and Claire...sister Claire runs cross country and competes in track and field at the University of Louisiana-Lafayette.
