Senior (2015-16):
One of two Huskies to start in all 29 games...led the nation in rebounds per game (14.2), was T-5th in rebounding (411), and T-3rd in double-doubles (23)...was 12th in the Southland Conference in scoring average (13.8), fifth in field-goal percentage (47.4), third in blocked shots (1.7), seventh in steals (2.0), third in minutes played (34.6), and was the only non-guard in the Top 10 in assists (3.3)...nearly registered a triple-double against Lamar (2/10) with 27 points, 16 rebounds, and a career-high nine assists...nearly posted the program's first quadruple-double in the SLC first round against Lamar (3/10), as she finished with 21 points, eight assists, and new career highs of 31 rebounds, and seven blocked shots...the 31 rebounds not only broke the Southland and 2015-16 NCAA Division I single game records, but no NBA or NCAA Division I men's basketball player has had those numbers in the last 20 years and Strickland was the first player to have more than 30 rebounds in a game since Southeast Missouri State's Lachelle Lyles in 2006-07...earned All-Tournament Team honors...the team captain was also named Second Team All-SLC, All-Defensive Team, Academic All-SLC, and was SLC Player of the Week on March 6 as she had a 20-point, 21-rebound performance against Incarnate Word (3/5)...in her HBU career, Strickland is 15th all-time in scoring with 799 points, eighth all-time and second in the DI era with 861 rebounds, second both all-time and in the DI era with 9.5 rebounds per game, third all-time and second in the DI era with 127 blocked shots, T-10th all-time and third in the DI era with 189 assists, and T-5th in the DI era with 122 steals.

Junior (2014-15): One of three Huskies to compete in all 33 contests, starting in 20...averaged 7.2 points and second on the team with 8.6 rebounds per game on the season...posted marks of 8.2 points and 9.3 boards per contest in conference action...her 63 blocked shots are the third-most all-time and set a new record in the DI era...her 1.91 blocked shots per game ranked her second in the Southland Conference and 66th nationally...set a new career high with six blocks at McNeese State (1/5), then did it again against Incarnate Word (2/19)...pulled down a personal-best 20 rebounds in the Huskies' quarterfinal win over McNeese State (3/12), the most in a single game in four seasons...Strickland scored in double figures 10 times and posted seven double-doubles...two of the double doubles came in the Southland Conference Tournament: against McNeese State (3/12) and in the championship game against Northwestern State (3/15)...earned spots on the SLC All-Defensive Team and Academic All-Conference.

Sophomore (2013-14): Played in all 29 games with two starts...averaged 5.7 points and 5.7 rebounds per game...the 5.7 rebounds per game were second-best on the team...scored a career-high 12 points twice: against UT Arlington (11/8) and versus Huston-Tillotson (12/28)...pulled down a career-high 11 rebounds twice: at McNeese State (1/18) and versus McNeese State (3/8)...second on the team with 14 blocks...had a career-high two blocks three times: at Baylor (12/15), against New Orleans (1/23), and at Abilene Christian (2/6)...averaged 5.2 points and 5.2 rebounds per game in conference play...named to Southland Conference Spring Honor Roll.

Before HBU: Played one season at Harding University in Searcy, Ark...played basketball for head coach Tim Kirby...averaged 2.1 points and 1.8 rebounds per game while playing in just nine games...she shot 46 percent from the floor and 50 percent from the free throw line...she set career highs of nine points and five rebounds against Southern Arkansas (1/17).

High School: Four-year letterwinner and starter for head coach Dana Bruton...named Most Valuable Player in her district as a senior...she averaged 6.2 points and 6.8 rebounds per game as a freshman, 11.4 points and 9.8 rebounds as a sophomore, 11.3 points and 9.8 rebounds as a junior, and 16.0 points and 10.8 rebounds as a senior...a three-time All-District and two-time Academic All-District recipient, she was also named All-County and was a two-time Team Offensive Player of the Year honoree...she was also a two-time Houston Athlete of the Week recipient...Strickland amassed 1,497 points and 1,265 rebounds in her high school career.
