Sophomore (2016-17): Johnson earned Southland Conference Commissioner’s Honor Roll with a 4.0 GPA…appeared in 27 games and 8 starts on the season… was fourth on the team for free-throw average with a 78.1 percent… averaged 5.1 points and 1.8 rebounds per game… Johnson reached double digits in seven games… scored 10 points back-to-back at Baylor (11/11) and Texas (11/16)… against Arlington Baptist (12/9) she pulled down six rebounds, recorded three assists, two blocks and scored 11 points… against Arkansas (12/28) she went 4-of-10 from the floor, 2-of-5 behind the arc and scored 10 points… against SELU (1/5) she had five rebounds and scored 10 points… pulled down three rebounds, two assists, two steals and scored a season high of 16 points against McNeese (2/22).

Freshman (2015-16): Johnson appeared in 22 contests, including six starts…averaged 4.8 points and 1.3 rebounds per game…scored in double figures four times…poured in a career-high 19 points and tied her season high with five rebounds, hitting 7-of-10 shots from the floor and 3-of-5 from 3-point range at New Orleans (1/16)…scored 10 points and grabbed five boards at Stephen F. Austin (2/27)…nailed four 3-pointers, accouting for all 12 of her points at Abilene Christian (1/27).

High School: A three-year letterwinner for head coach Rhonda Farney...was a member of the 2012-13 Texas 4A State Championship team...she was also a key contributor on the 2013-14 team that made it all the way to the state semifinals...she ranked in the Top 5% of her senior class, scored in the top percentile on the SATs, and was commended in the National Merit Scholarship Program...she has earned Academic All-District honors in each of her first three years of high school...Johnson played club for the Fury organization for the better part of the last decade, most recently for coach Kris Haney...she led the team in scoring averaging 13 points per game and scored a season-high 33 points during the Texas End of Road Showcase.
