2013 (Sophomore): Made 14 appearances, all starts, and was named to the Great West Conference All-Tournament Team…went 8-5with a 3.89 ERA, two complete games, one combined shutout and was third on the team with 41 strikeouts in a team-leading 90.1 innings…went at least seven innings in eight of his 14 starts and won his last three starts…tossed a complete game, allowing one run on seven hits and striking out four in a 3-1 victory over Texas-Pan American in the second round of the Great West Conference Tournament (5/22)…shutout Nicholls State on six hits and struck out three in eight innings of a season-opening victory (2/15)…shut out Bryant (2/22) on two hits and struck out a season-high six in his second start…allowed four runs, three earned, on eight hits in eight-plus innings, taking a lead into the ninth, at Texas A&M (3/12)…pitched seven innings in a win over North Dakota (4/5)…allowed one earned run in seven innings to notch a win over Northern Colorado (4/27)…picked up a win over Chicago State (5/12) and allowed two unearned runs in seven innings of a victory at NJIT (5/17).
2012 (Freshman): Made 14 appearances on the mound, including 12 starts…went 5-4, led the team with a 2.97 ERA, struck out 34 and walked 19 in 88.0 innings…tossed three complete games and pitched at least six innings in all 12 of his starts and went at least seven in each of his last five starts…took a no-decision in his first start, allowing three runs in 7.2 innings of a 4-3 victory over McNeese State (2/19)…took another no-decision in his next start, allowing one earned run in 8.1 innings of a 6-5 win over Stephen F. Austin (2/25)…allowed only one run on six hits and struck out five in a no-decision at UT Arlington (3/2)…picked up his first collegiate win, allowing four runs in seven innings in the second game of a doubleheader against Chicago State (4/6)…gave up one unearned run on five hits in seven innings to earn the victory in the first game of a doubleheader at NYIT (4/28)…gave up two runs, one earned, in eight innings for the win in the second game a doubleheader at North Dakota (5/12)…allowed two runs, one earned, in seven innings to get the win at Texas-Pan American (5/18)…allowed three runs in eight innings to get the win against Chicago State (5/24) in the Great West Conference Tournament.
High School: Four-year letterwinner at Troy High School…was a first-team all-district and THSBCA all-star selection as well as team MVP as a senior, after going 7-3 with a 1.24 ERA and 120 strikeouts…also hit .475 with three home runs, 54 RBIs and 36 runs…as a junior, was a THSBCA third-team all-state and texas junior all-state selection…earned Waco Tribune-Herald Super Cen-Tex second team honors and was named district defensive MVP…went 12-2 with a 1.33 ERA…as a sophomore, went 9-0 with a 3.14 ERA.
