Biography

2020: Wayne appeared in 15 games, including 11 starts, hitting .233 with a home run, a triple, five RBIs and two runs…went 2-for-5 with a home run, two RBIs and two runs in a 7-5 victory over Texas State (2/19)…had a bases-loaded triple in his only at-bat against Prairie View A&M (3/3)…went 2-for-4 in the series opener against Sam Houston (3/6)…named to the Southland Conference Commissioner’s Spring Academic Honor Roll.
 
Previous School: Played two seasons at Howard College…as a sophomore, played 23 games, hitting .273 with six doubles, a home run, nine RBIs and 12 runs…as a freshman, appeared in 18 games, hitting .421 with a home runs, two doubles, a triple, five RBIs and seven runs.
