2013 (Junior): Hebert appeared in 21 games, including 17 starts at catcher...hit .211 with two doubles, 10 RBIs and six runs…recorded two multiple-hit games…went 3-for-5 with two doubles and four RBIs at Prairie View A&M (4/23)…went 2-for-4 against Texas A&M-Corpus Christi (4/16)…delivered a two-out, walk-off single in a 2-1 victory over North Dakota in the first game of a doubleheader (4/6).
 
Previous School: Played two seasons at Eastfield Junior College in Mesquite, Texas, for coach Michael Martin…was a first-team all-conference selection in 2011 and 2012…helped lead Eastfield to the junior college national championship as a freshman.
 
High School: Was a three-year letterwinner and starter at Bishop Lynch High School for coach Paul Ahearne…hit .354 with three home runs as a senior, despite an injured shoulder…named TAPPS first-team all-state and all-district as a sophomore and junior…named Newcomer of the Year as a sophomore…on the mound, had 14 wins, eight saves, a 2.91 ERA and 98 strikeouts…also played lettered in football twice as a quarterback…ranked among the top 10 percent of his class.
