Biography

2021: Woods appeared in 38 games, including 29 starts…hit .232 with four doubles, a home run, 11 RBIs and six runs…went 2-for-3 with a double and two RBIs in a win over Northwestern State (4/16)…went 1-for-3 with a home run and two RBIs in a win over Central Arkansas (5/14)…named to Southland Conference Commissioner’s Academic Honor Roll.
 
Prior to HBU: Played two seasons at Navarro College…as a sophomore, appeared in 41 games, hitting .336 with three home runs, 11 doubles, a triple, 43 RBIs and 24 runs…was named to the Region 14 East All-Conference First Team…played at Corsicana High School, where he was the 15th-ranked catcher in Texas.
