2013 (Sophomore): Was one of three Huskies to appear in all 59 games, making 58 starts – 56 at third base, two at designated hitter and two on the mound…was named to the Great West Conference All-Tournament Team…hit safely in the last eight games of the season, recording two hits in six of those contests…hit .280 with 11 doubles, a triple, a home run, 30 RBIs, 33 runs and tied for the team lead by going 11-for-12 in stolen base attempts…fourth on the team with 18 multiple-hit games, including one of three of the team’s four-hit performances…had seven multiple-RBI efforts…on the mound, made eight appearances overall, going 3-0 with a 5.84 ERA and 13 strikeouts in 24.2 innings…went 2-for-5 with a double and a run in the Huskies’ 13-3 victory over Northern Colorado in the championship game of the Great West Conference Tournament (5/25)…went 2-for-3 with a double and three RBIs at NJIT (5/21) in the first round of the conference tournament…went 2-for-3, hit his first career home run and stole two bases in the series opener at NJIT (5/16)…was 2-for-5 and scored three runs and picked up the victory on the mound, allowing three runs, one earned, on five hits and striking out two in six innings at Prairie View A&M (4/23)…went 4-for-5 with a double, an RBI and a run against Penn State (3/9)…allowed two runs on three hits and struck out a season-high five in 4.2 innings of relief to get the win against Texas A&M-Corpus Christi (4/16)…allowed two runs, one earned, on four hits in 6.1 innings to pick up the win against Stephen F. 2012 (Freshman): Appeared in 58 games, making 57 starts – 35 at third base, 14 at shortstop and eight as pitcher/designated hitter…hit .319 with 13 doubles, two triples, 31 RBIs, 26 runs and 22 walks…on the mound, made 14 appearances and led the team in wins, going 6-5 with a 3.94 ERA, 37 strikeouts and 20 walks in 59.1 innings…recorded one complete game and had one combined shutout…fourth on the team with 18 multiple-hit games and had five multiple-RBI games…reached base safely in a team-best 24-straight games from April 5-May 8…went 3-for-4 with a double at UT Arlington (2/24)…went 3-for-5 with a walk and three runs scored at Sam Houston State (3/6)…drove in a pair of runs at Lamar (3/13)…went 2-for-4 with three RBIs against Utah Valley (5/5)…went 3-for-3 with a double and an RBIat Texas-Pan American (5/19)…at the Great West Conference Tournament, went 3-for-4 with a triple and three RBIs at Utah Valley (5/23)…went 2-for-3 with two walks, two runs and an RBI against North Dakota (5/25)…earned his first win by tossing one perfect inning against Stephen F. High School: Two-year letterwinner and starter for coach John Pope at Cypress Ranch High School…as a senior, was a first-team all-district and second-team all-Greater Houston selection…hit .420 with four home runs and had a 1.68 ERA and 64 strikeouts in 58 innings…played at Minute Maid Park for the TASO Tournament.
