2015 (Junior): Morones appeared in 50 games, starting 50 games in leftfield…hit .273 with four doubles, a home run, 15 RBIs and 27 runs…recorded 12 multi-hit games…doubled and drove in a run in a 2-1 victory at UT Arlington (2/21)…went 3-for-4 and scored three runs against Central Arkansas (3/20)…hit his first career home run against Sam Houston State (5/8)…went 6-for-9 with five RBIs and two runs in a doubleheader against Sam Houston State (5/9)…went 2-for-4 with an RBI and a run in the Huskies’ 6-0 victory over Sam Houston State in the championship game of the Southland Conference Tournament.
 
Previous School: Played two seasons at Cypress College...as a sophomore, appeared in 29 games...hit .338 with a double, nine RBIs, 12 runs and five stolen bases...did not make an error in 73 chances with 69 put outs and four outfield assists.
 
High School: Was a three-year letterwinner at Esperanza High School for Coach Mike Curran...as a senior, hit .328 with a .511 on-base percentage, three doubles, six RBIs and 18 runs...as a junior, hit .257 with a double, a triple, four RBIs and 11 runs...named to the All-County All-Star Team...made the Distinguished Honor Roll all four years.
