2013 (Senior): Did not play

2012 (Junior): Played in five matches...scored one goal for two points, which came against Howard (10/29)...both of her two shots were on goal...played in 81 minutes, with a season-high 25 coming against Howard (10/29)...redshirt 2011 season as a true junior.

2010 (Sophomore): Appeared in 21 matches with 13 starts...scored a goal at Lamar (9/29) and recorded the game winner at South Dakota (10/22)...added two assists, versus Stephen F. Austin (9/12) and Grambling State (9/17)...five of her seven shots were on goal.

2009 (Freshman): Played in 19 matches with 18 starts...assisted on the game winners at Texas Southern (9/30) and at South Dakota (10/9)...assisted on the only goal of the match at Utah Valley (10/16).

High School: Started as a freshman and was team captain as a sophomore…helped lead team to its first playoff appearance in 2007, then repeated in 2008…Second Team All-District as a sophomore and junior…earned All-Tournament honors in 2008…named Team MVP at the 2006 Santa Fe Soccer Tournament…All-Academic and All-District Honorable Mention in 2006…2006 Team Offensive MVP…also played volleyball freshman and sophomore years…played club soccer for the Albion FC 91 Blue.

Personal: Full name is Chelsea Ann Thornhill...education major who wishes to become an elementary teacher after graduation…born on October 1, 1990 in Carrolton, Texas...daughter of Michael and Katrina Thornhill...has two sisters, Amber and Ashley, and one brother, Travis...enjoys hanging out with her siblings, drawing, running and sports.
