2011 (Junior): Appeared in 30 games and started 18 games at catcher…hit .176 with three doubles, a triple, five RBIs and six runs…recorded three multiple-hit games…went 2-for-5 with two RBIs and a run at New Mexico State (2/19)…went 2-for-4 with a double against Bryant (2/27)…drove in a pair of runs at Texas A&M-Corpus Christi (3/29)…went 2-for-5 with a triple and an RBI against North Dakota (4/9).
 
2010 (Sophomore): Appeared in 22 games, including nine starts at catcher, as a sophomore…hit .250 with a triple and seven RBIs…went 2-for-3 with a triple, an RBI and a run againt Bryant (2/27)…scored two runs against New Mexico State (4/2) and Chicago State (4/30)…had two RBIs at Texas-Pan American (5/8).
 
2009 (Freshman): Appeared in 14 games, including four starts at designated hitter as a freshman…hit .100 with a home run, a pair of RBIs and five runs…went 1-for-3 with a solo home run and two runs at Louisiana Tech (3/21).
 
High School: Selected Most Valuable Player for the Blue Jays...earned all-district honors...named honorable mention academic all-state...finished with a .446 batting average as a senior.
 
Personal: Born June 4, 1990...son of Rick and Ann Hail...has one brother, Christopher...plans to become and engineer after graduation…majoring in mathematics.
