2017 (Junior): Heck appeared in 36 games, including 25 starts at designated hitter…hit .216 with six doubles, two triples, a home run, 11 RBIs and 11 runs…triple and scored three runs against Rhode Island (2/25)…went 2-for-4 with a double, an RBI and a run against LIU Brooklyn (3/3)…went 2-for-3 with two doubles and two RBIs at Kansas (3/10)…homered and drove in three runs against Southeastern Louisiana (3/24)…went 2-for-4 with a double, an RBI and a run against Northwestern State (4/29)…named to the Southland Conference Commissioner’s Honor Roll.
 
Previous School: Played two seasons at North Central Texas College for coaches Scotty Harp, Erik Wright and Donnie Randell...as a sophomore, hit .400 with 13 doubles, 10 home runs, two triples, 29 RBIs and 36 runs…posted a .500 on-base percentage and .733 slugging percentage…as a freshman, hit .336 with eight doubles, five home runs, 15 RBIs and 19 runs…earned Dean’s List honors as a sophomore.
 
High School: Was a two-year letterwinner at Midlothian High School for coach Ray Hydes…as a senior, hit .417 with 13 doubles, five home runs and a triple…as a junior, hit .444 with 16 doubles, five home runs, five triples and a .492 on-base percentage...named first-team all-state as a junior and senior.
