Allana Archie was named second team all-Southland Conference for the 2025 season on Wednesday morning.
Archie, a Spring, Texas native, led the Huskies in both kills and blocks this season. Her 3.01 kills per set for the year ranks ninth in the league as she racked up 280 kills across 93 sets played. She also added 65 blocks to average 0.70 blocks per set. Archie picked up the pace offensively in SLC play, averaging 3.26 kills per set against conference opponents. The senior also added 21 service aces for the year.
Archie and the Huskies are set to face No. 2 seed UT Rio Grande Valley this Friday, Nov. 21, at 1:00 p.m. in the first round of the SLC Tournament being held in Commerce, Texas at East Texas A&M.
