PRAIRIE VIEW, Texas – HBU saw its youthful lineup hit .255 and hold Prairie View A&M to an .011 attack percentage as the Huskies swept the Lady Panthers, 3-0 (25-10, 25-22, 25-19), in non-conference volleyball Tuesday in the Baby Dome.

Audrey Pearce hit at a .529 clip with 10 kills, while junior right side

Tatiana Evans led the Huskies (2-2) with 11 digs.
Caiya Artis led the PVAMU (0-4) with five kills, while Kiersten Atkinson and Ruby Osawey each had four. Skyla Childs had seven digs for the Lady Panthers.
The Huskies outdug the Lady Panthers, 33-27, and each team had four blocks.
HBU hosts its home opener against Lamar Friday at 6:30 p.m. in Houston Marriott Westchase Invitational, then face Louisiana Tech Saturday at 12:30 p.m. and PVAMU at 6:30 p.m. in Sharp Gym.
