HOUSTON – With implementation of HBU Athletics' HBYou Name, Image & Likeness Program, the department has also reached an agreement with NOCAP Sports to assist student-athletes with representation in the name, image and likeness (NIL) process, Director of Athletics Steve Moniaci announced Tuesday.
 
"We are pleased to be able to partner with NOCAP as we enter this new era of allowing our student-athletes to profit from their name, image and likenesses," Moniaci said. "After listening to many presentations by a number of different companies that are working in this space, we felt that NOCAP gave us the most degree of affordability and comfort in representing our student-athletes going forward."
