HOUSTON – The HBU Huskies venture to Southland Conference leader Texas A&M Corpus Christi in the last game of the season for both programs. Husky Fans be sure to tune in the Husky Sports Network broadcast with live play-by-play with Lonnie King.
 
The Huskies (8-20, 4-15 SLC) are coming off a 27-point victory over the sixth place Incarnate Word Cardinals this past Wednesday, March 6^th. Senior Taylor Kollmorgen comes into the game after recording her second double-double of the season, scoring 13 points while gathering 12 rebounds with three blocks and one assist. Senior Lauren Calver scored 12 points while gathering four rebounds with three assists on Senior Day. Freshman Kennedy Wilson comes off her second highest scoring appearance of the season with 12 points while also gathering four rebounds with three assists to end her 2020 freshman campaign.
 
The Islanders (22-7, 16-3 SLC) are ranked first in the conference with a six-game win streak led by Alexis Bryant who is averaging 12.6 points per game while averaging 6.7 rebounds per game and leading the team in blocks with 51 on the year. Dalesia Booth is second in scoring for the Islanders averaging 12.4 ppg while collecting 59 assists and averaging 5.0 assists per game.
