Proctor on HBU:
"HBU has a winning program that I believe I can be successful in. The coaching staff is great and it's a family-built team! They have what I need athletically and academically to take me further places in the future!"
Cottrell on Proctor:
"Deshon Proctor is a really good athlete who is long and physical. We've watched him, over the last several years, develop into a tremendous prospect and we're thrilled to get him out of the Atlanta area. Physically, he's got a strong, college-ready, body and a lot like some of the other guys we've signed recently, he can play multiple positions. He's another young man we're excited to add to our program and we feel like he's a terrific fit on, and off, the court."
