Las Vegas, NV- HBU Men's Soccer took down UNLV by a score of 3-1 Sunday afternoon.
HBU improves to (5-9, 3-5 WAC) after going 2-0 on the weekend. The Huskies had three different goal scorers in their win Sunday afternoon starting with
Tim Ugo in the 22nd minute assisted by
Elijah Le to tie the game at one. The Huskies would then score two unanswered goals from
Jordi Cobo and then by
Thomas Menke to win the game 3-1. Menke's goal was assisted by
Gianluca Natera.
The Huskies will now return home to Sorrels Field for three straight games to close out the regular season. California Baptist will come to Houston Nov. 1 at 7:30 P.M. and CSU Bakersfield will play Sunday Nov. 3 at 1:00 P.M. HBU will then close out the season Nov. 9 against Kansas City.
