Junior guard 
Amanda Johnson leads HBU (4-5), shooting 46.2 percent from the floor with 17.4 points and 6.1 boards per game. Sophomore guard 
Sophie Taylor shoots 31.3 percent from the field, 32.6 percent (15-of-46) from the 3-point line, and averages 11.8 points. Freshman guard 
Megan Valdez-Crader is shooting 39.5 percent from the floor and 35.0 percent (7-of-20) from the 3-point range, adding 6.9 points a game. Junior center 
Natalia Gwarda leads the team with 19 blocks, while sophomore guard 
Britta Daub leads the team with 27 assists. Four Huskies had double-figure games in Tuesday evening's loss to ULM at Fant-Ewing Coliseum. Taylor and Johnson each posted 15 points, Valdez-Crader aided with 14 points, and sophomore guard 
Sydney Carr contributed 11 points and seven boards.
Leading the way for the Lady Techsters (7-4) is Alexus Malone, who is shooting 55.0 percent from the floor, puts up 14.0 points and brings down 8.2 rebounds a game.  Kierra Anthony is shooting 41.7 percent from the floor, averaging 12.4 points. Taylor Stahly shoots 42.9 percent from the floor, 42.6 percent (26-of-61) from the 3-point range, averages 9.3 points and leads the team with 24 steals.  LaTech faced Southland Conference foe, McNeese, Monday evening at Thomas Assembly Center. Malone led all scorers with 26 points and eight boards. Zhanae Whitney went 100 percent (6-of-6) from the field and put up 14 points, while Anthony added 12 points and four assist.
LA Tech averages 65.5 points per game, while its opponents average 59.1 points. HBU allows its opponents 64.4 points per game, while averaging 66.1 points.
HBU will begin its Southland Conference schedule beginning with Lamar on Thursday, Dec. 28 at 7 p.m. in Sharp Gym. They will then travel to New Orleans to face UNO on Saturday, Dec. 30 to close out the year.
