EL PASO, Texas - HBU will play its only road game in a seven-game stretch when it travels to UTEP for a non-conference women's basketball matchup Wednesday at 8:05 p.m. CST at the Don Haskins Center. The Legacy Sports Network audio broadcast will be available on HBUHuskies.com.

Lisa Zderadicka leads the Huskies (1-4) with 8.7 points per game, while freshman forward
Taylor Kollmorgen averages 7.6 points and a team-leading 8.8 rebounds per game. Freshman forward
Lauren Calver adds 6.4 points per game and freshman guard
Sophie Taylor adds 6.2 points per game. Taylor and sophomore guard
Bria Johnson are tied for the team lead with 14 assists.
Sparkle Taylor leads leads UTEP (1-5) with 13.8 points and 8.0 rebounds per game, while Jakeira Ford averages 8.3 points and 4.7 rebounds per game. Tamara Seda pulls down 7.2 boards per game to go along with 5.5 points. Lulu McKinney has dished out 25 assists for the Miners.
HBU has faced UTEP five of the last six seasons, with every meeting in El Paso. The Miners lead the series, 3-1, after last' season's 98-63 victory on Nov. 15. The Huskies' lone victory was an 87-77 win the previous year on Dec. 6, 2014.
The Huskies return home for their second three-game homestand of the season, beginning with Texas Southern Sunday at 4 p.m. at Sharp Gym.
