CONWAY, Ark. – The HBU men's basketball team will look to build upon their current six-game win streak and maintain their pace atop the Southland Conference leaderboard in a 7 p.m. tip on Tuesday at Central Arkansas. The Legacy Sports Network with Lonnie King will carry the audio broadcast on HBUHuskies.com, beginning at 6:45 p.m. with the pregame show.

HBU is coming off a thrilling 73-69 win at New Orleans on Saturday, where senior Anthony Odunsi scored a career-high 28 points, with 25 coming in the second half. Down 63-60 with three minutes left, the Huskies closed the game on a 13-6 surge, hitting 10 free throws and getting a crucial 3-pointer from junior Reveal Chukwujekwu down the stretch to secure the victory.

The win at UNO has HBU off to its best start as a member of the Southland at 5-0 and riding its highest win streak since the 2012-13 season when the team won eight straight. The Huskies lead the conference in field goal percentage (.464), ranking second in both blocks (5.1 per game) and rebounding (39.2 per game), and third in scoring (77.6 per game).

In SLC play, Odunsi leads the league in scoring (22.2 per game) and sophomore Josh Ibarra leads all in field goal percentage (.684). On the season as a whole, Ibarra ranks second in the SLC from the field (.617), while Odunsi sits fourth in scoring (16.7 per game).

Freshman Isaiah Robinson leads the conference in blocks (2.4 per game), ranking third in the country among all freshman and 26th overall at the NCAA Division I level.

The Bears enter the week at 2-12 overall (1-3 SLC) under head coach Russ Pennell and are coming off a 85-64 loss to Stephen F. Austin on Tuesday. UCA's sophomore Jordan Howard, the reigning Southland Freshman of the Year, ranks third in the league in scoring (17.3 per game).

Following Tuesday's tilt, HBU will close its three-game road swing with a visit to Lamar on Saturday on ESPN3.
