Vote Here for MingoFRISCO, Texas – The battle for the title of "Best Mascot" returns for its third season, as the 2014 State Farm Southland Conference Mascot Challenge gets underway this Saturday, Sept. 20.
Mingo will look for your support as he goes up against the 12 other mascots from the Southland Conference, including the reigning champion, The Lumberjack from Stephen F. Austin.
Voting begins Sept. 20 at 10 am and ends Friday, Nov. 21 at noon. The winning school will not only have the bragging rights of being named the Southland Conference Mascot of the Year, but will also receive $5,000 to go towards the school's mascot program.

here. This year, a bonus vote will be included if a fan submits a photo with his or her favorite mascot, so be sure to take a selfie with Mingo at Huskies sporting events!
