Redshirt freshman pitcher Lyndie Swanson earned the victories in both of HBU's wins in a series victory over Central Arkansas. After the Huskies dropped the first game of Saturday's doubleheader, the Katy, Texas, native hurled a complete-game shutout, holding UCA to five hits, striking out two and walking two. In Sunday's clincher, Swanson came on in relief and held the Bears to no runs on one hit with a strikeout and a walk over the last three innings as the Huskies pulled out a 2-1 win.
