Sophomore quarterback Bailey Zappe completed 25-of-38 passes for 251 yards and three touchdowns and also rushed 13 times for 132 yards and a score in the Huskies' 31-28 loss at Northwestern State. The Victoria, Texas, native ran for a career-long, 68-yard touchdown in the first quarter. Zappe leads the Southland and ranks fifth in the nation with 21 touchdown passes.
