Senior outfielder Matt Heck hit .375 with a triple, a home run, five RBIs and five runs in helping lead the Huskies to a 3-1 record, including a Southland Conference road series win last week. In Tuesday's 14-3 win over UT Rio Grande Valley, the Midlothian, Texas, native went 3-for-4 with a triple, two RBIs and scored four times. In Saturday's series-opening 5-3 win over Central Arkansas, Heck got HBU on the board with a three-run home run, tying Spencer Halloran for the team lead with his sixth of the year.
