Sophomore midfielder Darrell Johnson led the Huskies to a split in Western Athletic Conference matches this week, scoring five points in two contests, to earn WAC Offensive Player of the Week honors. In Friday's loss on the road to San Jose State, he scored the lone goal as the Huskies were edged, 2-1. In Sunday's 3-1 home victory over UT Rio Grande Valley, Johnson assisted on all three goals. He now has seven points on the season, with two goals and three assists.
