Senior forward Erin McGarrachan scored a career-high 27 points in Saturday's win at Incarnate Word that helped the Huskies clinch their first Southland Conference tournament berth. The 11 made field goals set a new personal mark while the two 3-pointers tied a record. She had 22 first-half points on 9-of-10 shooting and a pair of treys. Her two blocks were one shy of her career high. The 11 rebounds tied a season high and was her second double-double of the campaign. She scored 15 points on 58 percent shooting Thursday at Texas A&M-Corpus Christi. McGarrachan has scored in double figures in three-straight games.
