Pierce scored his second goal of the season and his first game winner, as his strike just 11 minutes into the contest was all the Huskies needed to defeat visiting Stetson, 2-0, on Sept. 1. His goal came on a beautiful cross-field pass by Kristopher Tyrpak. Pierce is tied for the team lead with two goals and four points and his seven shots are one behind the team leader.
