Club Basketball: Hilford played club basketball for the Dandenong Rangers and Sandringham Sabres for club coach Jacqui O'Neill...Was nominated MVP of the Youth League Championship Women (YLCW) and nominated to the All Star Five for Basketball Victoria YLCW competition in 2018...Was named MVP of the Grand Final Victorian Junior Basketball League in 2014 and 2017...Although she didn't play high school ball, she was selected to the State Schools Victoria basketball where she represented Firbank where the team won a Silver medal at the National School Sports Championship of 2019
