Sophomore (2009): 11th in 1500, 14th in 800 at GWC outdoor meet... won bronze medal on HBU's DMR at GWC indoor meet, also placed 11th in the 800 at 1:59.64... outdoor 1500 best of 3:59.35 at the TSU relays... clocked 1:58.08 for 800 at Texas Twilight meet... 21st at GWC cross country championships.
Freshman (2008): Third in 3000 steeplechase at NAC Championships... bests of 1:59.72 (800) and 4:05.33 (1500)... placed eighth at the independent cross country championships in Edinburg.
High School: District champion in the 800, also helped team to district cross country titles in 2004 and 2005... regional qualifier in cross country all four years... Personal: Kinesiology major... enjoys playing the guitar... son of Steven and Diane Pantoja of Houston... one sister... born April 15, 1989, in Clear Lake, Texas.
