2018 (Junior): Was named to the Spring Comissioner’s Honor Roll...Appeared in 25 games with 16 starts mostly coming as the DH...Had a .216 batting average...4/11/2018 against North Texas went 1-3 adding a walk.

Prior to HBU: De Los Santos played at Trinity Valley Community College in Athens, Texas for coach Kathleen Rodriguez…as a sophomore, she appeared in 45 games, posting a .306 batting average, with seven home runs, 25 RBIs, 15 runs and three stolen bases…earned NJCAA exemplary student-athlete honors both years…member of Phi Theta Kappa…graduated with high honors.

High School: Was a four-year letterwinner and three year starter at Cy-Fair High School for Debbie Burrows…appeared in 18 games, averaged .222 at the plate and .323 on base percentage her freshman year…received second team all-district honors in her sophomore season…played in 24 games and posted a .232 batting average…earned first team all-district honors her junior year…senior year she had an on base percentage of .365, while averaging .273 at the plate…received academic all-district all four years…played club for Houston Power under coach Sandra Mader and for Texas Glory under coach Joe Connelly…graduated cum laude.

Personal: Full name is Alyssa Kay De Los Santos…born in Houston on March 13, 1997…daughter of Roland and Shannon De Los Santos…has two younger sisters, Mikayla, who currently plays softball for TVCC, and Olivia…majoring in Sport Managament.
