2018 (Junior): Appeared in all 16 matches while making four starts…his lone goal of the season was the game-winner in the Huskies’ 1-0 win at Incarnate Word (10/5)…was credited with an assist in the season-opener against Siena (8/24)…played a total of 678 minutes…attempted 13 shots with three on target.

2017 (Sophomore): Started 10 games while appearing in all 15…was one of seven Huskies to score two goals on the year…scored in back-to-back games at Gardner-Webb (9/10) and then netted the game-winner at Incarnate Word (9/22)…attempted 23 shots with nine on goal…totaled 942 minutes played.

2016 (Freshman): Appeared in all 17 matches while starting 14…led the team in points (11) and goals (5)…scored four game-winning goals, against Huston-Tillotson (9/2), UMKC (10/2), UTRGV (10/16) and Incarnate Word (10/30)…logged 1,078 minutes played…attempted 26 shots with 13 of them on goal.

High School: Two-year letterwinner and starter for head coach Cory Elof...named First Team All-District…totaled 17 goals and 10 assists in high school...played club for the Dallas Texans and head coach David Hudgell.

Personal: Full name is Malik Jaer Key...biology major...born May 14, 1998 in Dallas...son of Mike Key and Tomika Rogers...has one sister, Amya...enjoys working out and travel.
