2013-14 (Junior): Was named to the Southland Conference Spring Commissioner’s Honor Roll…Played in 12 tournaments and earned second place on the team with a stroke average of 74.86…recorded three top-20 completions with one of those landing top-10…opened the season with a first round of 75…recorded a season-low tournament of 211 and a season-low round of 66 in the first round at the HBU Husky Invitational where he tied for sixth…his second best season-low tournament of 215 with a third round of 67 took place at the Briggs Ranch Invitational…concluded the season with a final round of 75.

2012-13 (Sophomore): Competed in 12 tournaments with a 74.09 stroke average…recorded four top-20 finishes, including two top-10 and one top-5…shot a season-low tournament total of 146 in the Moe O’Brien Intercollegiate and shot rounds of 75 and 71…his final round, along with many other tying rounds, were his season-low rounds…placed fifth in the ULM Wallace Jones Invitational with a total of 222…opened the season with a round of 75 in the Moe O’Brien Intercollegiate…closed the season with a round of 81 in the NCAA Regional Tournament.

2011-12 (Freshman): Competed in nine tournaments and tied for second on the team with a 75.2 stroke average…recorded three top-20 finishes, including one top 10…posted scores in the 70s in 24 of 26 rounds…shot a season-low 217 with rounds of 74, 73 and 70 to tie for 11th at the HBU Husky Intercollegiate…had his best finish of the year by shooting 218 at The Connecticut Cup…twice shot 70 for his lowest round of the season, in the second round at The Connecticut Cup and the final round of the HBU Husky Intercollegiate…tied for 13th at the America Sky Conference Championship with a score of 233.
 
Previous School: Redshirted the 2010-11 season at the University of Texas at Arlington, which won the 2011 Southland Conference championship.
 
High School: Was a four-year letterwinner for coach Micheal Pike at Travis High School in Richmond, Texas…was named the team’s Most Valuable Player all four years…made the A&B Honor Roll as a senior…qualified for the 2008 U.S. Junior Amateur.
 
Personal: Full name is Brandon Lee Wilhide…born Jan. 31, 1992, in Houston…son of Gary and Patricia Wilhide…has one sister, Ashley Wilhide (23)…father, Gary, wrestled at the University of Maryland from 1975-76…majoring in economics.
