2016-17 (Freshman): Appeared in two games as a freshman…played five minutes, totaling three points and two rebounds against Dallas Christian (11/18)…recorded one steal and one rebound in three minutes against Ecclesia (11/22).

High School: Saladin was a three-year letterwinner at Hardin-Jefferson High School in Sour Lake, Texas, for coach Clay Davis…as a senior, averaged 22 points, three assists and three rebounds en route to District MVP and Class 4A All-State honors…played in the TABC, SCTX and HABCA All-Star Games…as a junior, averaged 21 points, three assists and three rebounds…was named district Offensive MVP, Class 4A All-State and made three all-tournament teams…as a sophomore, averaged nine points per game and shot 45% from 3-point range…named second-team all-district and made two all-tournament teams…was a two-time Beaumont Enterprise Super Bowl First-Team selection.
