2019: Fluellen earned HERO Sports Freshman All-America First Team honors…was a finalist for the Jerry Rice Award, given to the top freshman in the FCS…started all 12 games as a true freshman, recording five double-digit tackle efforts…tied for seventh in the Southland Conference with 101 tackles and recording two interceptions, a forced fumble and three fumble recoveries…had six tackles and returned an interception 28 yards against Texas Wesleyan (9/7)…made a season-high 15 tackles and the game-sealing interception in a 53-52 victory at South Dakota (9/14), earning STATS FCS Freshman of the Week honorable mention…made 12 stops and had two pass breakups against Northwestern State (9/21)…made three tackles and recovered two fumbles against Texas Southern (9/28)…had 11 tackles at Abilene Christian (10/12)…posted 14 tackles, forced a fumble, recovered a fumble and had two pass breakups at Sam Houston State (11/23).

High School: Was a two-year letterwinner at Gilmer High School for coach Matt Turner. As a senior, he made 46 catches for 1,006 yards on offense and made the honor roll. Was also a standout in track.
