2014: Sam appeared in seven games, making 17 tackles (10 solo) with three pass breakups and a blocked kick…made five tackles against Sam Houston State (11/15)…recorded four tackles, broke up a pass and blocked an extra point against McMurry (9/6).
 
2013: Started all seven games, recording 23 tackles (19 solo) and two pass breakups…made two unassisted stops at Sam Houston State…had four unassisted tackles at Wayland Baptist…also posted four tackles (three solo) against Oklahoma Baptist…tallied six tackles (five solo) against Abilene Christian at BBVA Compass Stadium…made a season-high seven tackles (five solo) at Incarnate Word…broke up two passes against Texas A&M-Commerce.
