High School: Vincent was a three-year letterwinner at Humble High School for Coach Charles West…as a senior, made 121 tackles, forced four fumbles and recovered five…as a junior, recorded 97 tackles, made two interceptions, forced two fumbles and recovered five…as a sophomore, totaled 90 tackles and recovered a pair of fumbles…in his first-ever varsity game, racked up 16 tackles, three for losses, against Huntsville…was a member of the National Honor Society, was an International Baccalaureate Student and was named Honors English Student of the Year…also participated at the state wrestling tournament.
