2016: Lecoq appeared in all 11 games as a junior…recorded 23 tackles (7 solo), 3.5 for losses and one pass breakup…made a season-high four tackles at Central Arkansas (9/1) and against Texas Southern (9/10)…made three stops against Abilene Christian (9/17), at Lamar (10/29) and at UTEP (11/5).

2015: Lecoq played in nine games as a sophomore, making 14 tackles (three solo) and recovering a fumble...had four tackles against Central Arkansas (10/10)…made two stops and recovered a fumble at Nicholls (10/17)…recorded four tackles against Southeastern Louisiana (10/24).

2014: Did not see action as a redshirt freshman.

2013: Appeared in all seven games, including three starts, recording 20 tackles (15 solo), three tackles for loss (one sack), two forced fumbles and two recoveries…made two tackles (one solo) at Sam Houston State…had four unassisted tackles and recovered a fumble, which he returned 25 yards for a touchdown against Oklahoma Baptist…made four stops (three solo), one for a loss, against Abilene Christian…made three tackles, two for losses, including one sack, forced and recovered a fumble against Texas College…posted a season-high five tackles (three solo) against Texas A&M-Commerce.

High School: Was a two-year letterwinner at Dunbar High School for Coach Todd Lawson…earned first-team all-district honors at defensive end as a senior…named team defensive MVP…named THSCA All-State Academic honorable mention…was a member of the National Honor Society for three years.

Personal: Full name is Kameron De’Shaun LeCoq…born Aug. 19, 1995, in Fort Worth, Texas…son of Reginald LeCoq and Trevina Scott…has one younger sister, Jazsmine Scott…majoring in biology/pre-med.
