Biography

2015: Erwin played in 10 games as a junior, making 14 tackles (10 solo)…made a season-high eight tackles (seven solo) at Nicholls (10/17)…posted four stops against Southeastern Louisiana (10/24).

2014: Earned Southland Conference All-Academic Team honors…appeared in 10 games, including two starts, at safety as a sophomore…made 24 tackles (21 solo)…recorded a season-high six tackles at Central Arkansas (10/11) and at Southeastern Louisiana (11/8).

2013: Appeared in four games, recording a pair of tackles…had two unassisted tackles at Sam Houston State.

Previous College: Spent one season at Texas Lutheran University for coach Danny Padron.

High School: Was a three-year letterwinner and two-year starter at quarterback for coach Jeff Dungen…won the 2011 Charley Ackley Award for most outstanding multi-sport athlete…won the 2012 Matsushima Award for best male athlete…two-year letterwinner in baseball and earned all-district honors at designated hitter…made the A Honor Roll.
