Biography

2024: Appeared in four games as a true freshman…finished the year with 11 tackles, 3.5 tackles for loss, one quarterback hurry and a pass breakup…recorded eight tackles with 2.5 tackles for loss and a pass breakup in a win over Louisiana Christian (9/14)…was credited with two tackles in the season-opener at SMU (8/31) and then had a TFL along with a quarterback hurry at East Texas A&M (11/16)…named to the Southland Conference Commissioner’s Honor Roll.

High School: Johnson was a three-star recruit out of Clear Springs High School where he played for coach Anthony Renfro…finished with 33 tackles, three sacks and nine tackles for loss as a senior, earning first team all-district and academic all-district honors…was chosen to play in the U.S. Army Bowl.
