2019: Vincent missed most of the season with an injury, before appearing in the final three games…recorded eight tackles…made three tackles against Lamar (11/16)…had five stops at Sam Houston State (11/23).

2018: Played in all 11 games as a junior…recorded 27 tackles (12 solo), including three for losses, led the team with two forced fumbles and broke up three passes…tied his season high with four tackles in each of the last three games, against Nicholls (11/3), at Lamar (11/10) and against Sam Houston State (11/17)…forced a fumble against Nicholls and at SMU (9/29).

2017: Started the first five games of the season, before a season-ending injury…made 12 tackles with three quarterback hurries…made six tackles in the season opener at Texas State (9/2)…had two quarterback hurries at McNeese (9/23)…named to the Southland Conference Commissioner’s Academic Honor Roll.

2016: Played in all 11 games as a true freshman…made 34 tackles (8 solo), three for losses, a sack and one quarterback hurry…made a season-high eight tackles at Incarnate Word (11/17)…made four tackles, including a sack for a loss of seven yards, in a 27-24, overtime victory over Abilene Christian (9/17)…made five tackles in a 24-17 victory at Lamar (10/29)…named to the Southland Conference Commissioner’s Academic Honor Roll.


High School: Was a three-year letterwinner at Deer Park High School for Coach Chris Massy…as a senior, recorded 86 tackles, 3.5 sacks, blocked two extra points, returning one for a two-point conversion…as a junior, tallied 72 tackles, 3.0 sacks and blocked two extra points…made 33 stops as a sophomore.


Personal: Full name is Gregory Patrick Vincent…born Feb. 11, 1998, in San Antonio…son of Philip and Samantha Vincent…has one older sister, Alyzabeth, and one younger sister, Emmaliegh…majoring in sport management.
