2014: Amoako earned Southland All-Conference Honorable Mention at cornerback as a sophomore…started all 11 games and ranked third on the team with 60 tackles (52 solo)…recorded four tackles for losses, totaling five yards, as well as half of a sack…broke up and defensed two passes…returned a fumble 31 yards for a touchdown and blocked a field goal at Northern Colorado (9/13)…made eight tackles against Abilene Christian (9/27)…recorded a season-high 10 tackles at Incarnate Word (10/4).

Previous College: Appeared in one game in 2013, after redshirting the 2012 season, at Oregon for Coach Chip Kelly.

High School: Was a Class 5A all-area second-team selection as a senior at Martin High School in Arlington, Texas...posted 50 tackles, six pass breakups, two interceptions and was the 25th-ranked cornerback nationally by Scout.com…also earned all-district honors as a junior, with 59 tackles, three interceptions, three pass breakups, two fumble recoveries and a pair of sacks.
