Previous Schools: Tello spent the last two seasons at Trinity Valley Community College, completing 60.2 percent (56-of-93) of his passes in six games in 2024 for 751 yards with six touchdowns…in 2023, appeared in two games and completed 7-of-15 attempts for 142 yards and a touchdown…spent a redshirt season at UTSA in 2022…played high school football at Bowie High School in Austin, Texas…saw his senior season cut short due to injury in the first game of the year…completed 125-of-186 passing attempts in seven games as a junior for 1,969 yards with 22 touchdowns as a junior.
