Ross Hornor was hired as HCU's offensive line coach and recruiting coordinator in January 2023.
 
Hornor spent the last two seasons as offensive line coach at Howard Payne University, serving with the Huskies' new offensive coordinator, Jason Bachtel, who was the head coach at HPU during that time. Hornor began his coaching career as the graduate assistant offensive line coach at Louisiana Tech from 2019-21.
 
After earning a bachelor of science in health and physical education from Louisiana Tech in 2018, Hornor earned as Master of Arts in industrial/organizational psychology from the school in 2021.
