Rachel Stroman was named Director of Football Operations at HBU in June 2018.

For the three previous years, she served as Assistant Director of Compliance/Initial Eligibility at HBU.

Prior to joining HBU, Stroman served as athletics marketing assistant at Rice University, where she oversaw marketing and promotions for the Owls’ women’s basketball and volleyball programs, and assisted with football, men’s basketball and baseball.

Stroman also served as a marketing associate for the Houston Rockets, where she was the lead for the 2014-15 Rockets Power Dancer and Entertainer auditions and assisted with Rockets corporate, community, ticket sales, marketing events, promotions and game operations.

A Houston native, Stroman earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology and will be starting graduate school at HBU in fall 2018 to pursue her Master's of Science in Kinesiology-Sport Management.
